Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to request a return or withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached and, where possible, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at shop@stephanboya.com so that we can review the matter and arrange a solution.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, returning the item you received is the quickest way. Once your return has been accepted, the new item can be purchased separately.

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the return is processed through us and we provide you with a return shipping label, the return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded as follows:

• Germany: €6.90

• Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France: €7.90

Alternatively, you may arrange the return yourself at your own expense. In this case, no additional deduction will be made by us.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
